Locally owned and operated right here in Gig Harbor, Memories To DVD has the ability to digitize and convert 8 and 16mm film, 35mm slides, photos and audio tapes/video tape to DVD and CD. They also offer thumb drives and utilize state-of-the-art equipment. Dan has more than 30 years of experience in broadcasting and production and has also archived a great deal of footage for J.P. Patches. In addition, Dan worked with Pat O’Day, the Seattle radio legend, for more than 10 years broadcasting in Seattle. Thanks to Dan’s expertise, you can hold onto those precious memories for decades to come.
Memories To DVD is not a large warehouse, where the possibilities of loss or damage are great. Rather, the work is done locally in house in a safe and secure environment. Dan offers personalized one-on-one service, catering to each client and their individual needs, even offering free pick-up and delivery services and free estimates.
When beginning a new project, Dan works in his studio directly across the desk from his customers. He gathers all of the details and provides examples of his prior work.
Dan uses the most advanced technology to transfer decades of memories. He values the importance of family images and takes the work he does restoring your memories seriously. Each order is treated with personal care while Dan works with clients along the way to ensure a superior final product. In addition, Dan can make duplicates of the final product and store them in two locations so you will never lose them. The disks Dan uses are certified for 100 years.

Dan’s background is in broadcasting and broadcast engineering. After deregulation in the broadcasting industry three decades ago, Dan began transferring photos, slides, videos and old films onto DVD for families, making them easy to view. Dan also produces CD and DVD keepsake products where he can add music, transitional effects and even narrations and voice-overs.
In addition to preserving past memories, Dan is also ready to videotape and produce a professionally finished film, documenting those magical moments that occur once or twice in a lifetime. His video production services include weddings, receptions, special presentations, short commercials, graduations, celebrations of life and so much more. In addition, they can produce media content for your website.
