Mel, manager and designated broker of the firm, has more than 35 years of industry experience, starting his career in the title insurance industry followed by the mortgage loan industry. It was about four years ago that he started to evaluate his future career path and based on the years of experience, it was clear to him that moving forward he wanted to continue with what he knows best. Real estate sales was the direction he was to pursue, with the hopes of evolving into a real estate brokerage firm. That dream has come true—and he’s enjoying every moment of it.

I find a way to make their dreams come true by making their deals happen. That is my reward and the personal gratitude I then receive.”
Mel’s community involvement tells a story. He belongs to The Gig Harbor Chamber of Commerce, The Rotary Club of Gig Harbor where he has been a member for 12 years. He has served on various committees such as the Star Awards, Rotary Women’s Prison program as an instructor, The First Tee of South Puget Sound, and was president for the 2017-2018 Rotary year.
